Abstract
In this manuscript, experts in limb deformity correction provide commentary on outcome and complications following growth arrest for limb length discrepancy treated with percutaneous epiphyseal transphyseal screws. Strategies to prevent the rare iatrogenic fracture that is presented are discussed and other methods of performing growth arrest are suggested for consideration.
