Abstract

A tablet-based fluoroscopy simulator offers the opportunity to practice percutaneous pinning of supracondylar fractures. Acquiring skills in visuo-spatial and hand-eye coordination are central to development of safe surgical technique. Mobility and ease of setup without the need for real fluoroscopy enables repetition of the procedure at a time to suit residents' schedule.
